Eltel’s Board of Directors has decided to postpone its 2017 Annual General Meeting. Instead of the planned date 28 April 2017, the Meeting will be held on 1 June 2017.
As communicated in Eltel’s full-year report for 2016, which was published on 21 February 2017, Eltel’s Board of Directors decided to initiate investigations regarding liability questions with regards to potential historical inaccuracies in the accounting of the project business. Notice to the Annual General Meeting will be published on 4 May 2017 at the latest.
