Mats Nyegaard – Fleet Manager

Hi Mats. Could you tell us what you do on a day-to-day basis?

Certainly. My role revolves around managing the car fleet in Norway. This includes tasks such as procuring vehicles, analyzing usage and costs, overseeing vehicle returns, and engaging with users and department managers. I also focus on optimizing the current vehicle fleet and planning for the future.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I truly value my colleagues and our inclusive environment. Collaborating with local employees across the country on continuous improvement projects is also fulfilling. Learning something new daily keeps me motivated.
