Transactions performed by individuals that are designated as “permanently discharging managerial functions” (“PDMR”) are registered in accordance with the EU regulation on market abuse (MAR), as implemented in Sweden, and report their trading in the share to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen).
