Ruling of Disciplinary Committee at Nasdaq Stockholm

The Disciplinary Committee at Nasdaq Stockholm AB (Nasdaq) has today decided to impose a fine of five annual fees on Eltel, about EUR 100,000. The Disciplinary Committee writes in its decision that there were deficiencies in Eltel's disclosure of inside information during the years 2016 and 2017, and that Eltel therefore has breached Section 3.1 of the Nasdaq Stockholm Rulebook for Issuers.
